
Connect to Wifi
Power On & Unlock the Device

Turn on the device.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to unlock.
Connect to Wi-Fi

Open the Settings app.
-
Tap Network & Internet.
-
Select Wi-Fi and toggle it ON.

Choose your Wi-Fi network.
-
Enter the password and tap the checkmark (√) to connect.
Exit Settings

Tap the ⏺ button at the bottom center to return to the home screen.
Close the Current App

On the device home screen, tap the ◼️ icon (bottom right corner).
-
A list of open apps will appear.
-
Swipe up on the app you want to close.
-
Repeat if multiple related apps are open.
-
Once the app is fully closed, return to the home screen → click CodePay app.
Tip: Close the app to make sure updates or changes apply properly.


Adjust QR Code on Receipt

Tap the ☰ icon (top-left corner).
-
Select Settings.
-
Enter the Verification of Administrator password → Tap OK.

Choose General.
-
Tap Receipt.
-
Turn ON/OFF the QR Code option.
Update Timezone
-
Unlock the device by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

Open the Settings app.
-
Go to System → Date & Time.
-
Change the time zone as needed.
-
If no changes are made, the system time zone will remain set to EST by default.

To manually update the time zone, toggle Time zone off, select the desired time zone, then toggle Time zone back on to resume automatic synchronization.

Turn on the following options:
-
Use network-provided time
-
Use network-provided time zone
-
Use 24-hour format or use the local default 12-hour (AM/PM) format

Press the ⏺ button at the bottom center to exit Settings.
